Archer have announced the release of four sets of rivets in their Surface Detail range of use to Railway modelers and scratchbuilders.

SURFACE DETAILS

AR88032 7/8" Diameter Railcar rivets
O (1/48) SCALE
Sheet contains 116 inches (294 cm) of three-dimensional resin rivets cast onto clear decal film in four different pitches (spacing) most commonly found on rail cars.

So when you say "3 dimentional" your saying they're raised, or just look it? From what I've read it sounds like "raised surface rivet decals" kinda like the old rows of candy dots on the white paper{yeah, I'm that old folks}.
